A Modern Plant for a Growing Nation
Gayur Ecoblock emerged from a clear vision: Tajikistan's construction industry deserved access to the same lightweight, high-performance building materials that had transformed construction across Europe and Central Asia.
The plant was founded by Gayur Group LLC — a Dushanbe-based industrial holding with a track record of building world-class manufacturing facilities in Tajikistan. With $5 million in capital investment and a team of 80+ specialists, we built a production facility capable of 365,000 m³ of aerated concrete blocks per year.
Our blocks are engineered to perform in Tajikistan's demanding climate — insulating homes against mountain winters and keeping commercial buildings cool through valley summers. Every block leaves our plant with consistent geometry, verified density, and certified thermal performance.

Key Milestones
Project Initiated
Gayur Group LLC launches feasibility studies and secures $5M investment commitment for a state-of-the-art aerated concrete facility in Dushanbe.
Construction & Equipment
Plant construction begins. Autoclave curing systems, automated cutting equipment, and modern mixing & molding technology are sourced and installed.
Production Launch
Gayur Ecoblock opens its doors. D500 aerated concrete blocks enter full-scale production. Capacity reaches 365,000 m³ per year with a team of 80+ employees.
